1. Application purpose and access
Crumb & Curiosity Publishing is a private desktop application for the authorized operator of the Crumb & Curiosity YouTube channel. It supports channel verification, video publishing and management, and access to channel analytics. It is not an open public publishing platform.
2. YouTube Terms of Service
By using this Application to access YouTube API Services, the user agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Users must comply with applicable Google and YouTube API terms and policies.
3. Authorized actions
The operator is responsible for choosing the correct YouTube channel, confirming any publishing operation, and reviewing content, privacy settings, disclosures, and captions before submission. Publishing should be performed only with appropriate OAuth permissions. The Application does not guarantee that YouTube will accept, publish publicly, monetize, or retain any content.
4. Privacy and data management
See the Privacy Policy for information about Google and YouTube data access, local authorization storage, revocation, and deletion requests. Access can be withdrawn via Google Account third-party connections.
5. Availability and changes
The Application may be changed, suspended, or limited when platform APIs, permissions, or compliance requirements change. These terms may be updated, with the current version remaining available at this URL.
