Verify the right YouTube channel
Uses Google OAuth to read the authenticated channel’s identity and compare it with the channel ID explicitly configured by the operator before publishing.
What the application does
Prepare and publish videos
Supports operator-initiated video uploads and management of video titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and playlists when the relevant API scopes are granted.
Manage publishing options
Maintains language, audience, disclosure, and publishing settings. Caption workflows may be used only when enabled and authorized by the available API permissions.
Review channel performance
Uses authorized YouTube Analytics data for private channel performance review and operational decision-making by the channel operator.
Why Google and YouTube permissions are requested
The application requests permission to access an authenticated YouTube channel solely to operate the features described above. Requested scopes are limited to features enabled in the operator’s publishing workflow. It does not require the user to enter a Google password into this website.
The OAuth process runs through Google’s authorization interface and the private desktop application. This public website is informational only; it does not provide a public Google sign-in form or collect OAuth tokens through a website form.
Your data and control
The operator can revoke access through Google Account third-party connections and can request deletion of application-stored authorization and API data. Details about access, use, storage, sharing, retention, and deletion are in the Privacy Policy.

Who can use this tool? This is an operator-managed application for the Crumb & Curiosity channel. It is not a publicly available multi-user publishing platform.
